Two Step Eros Smothered Chocolate Recipe

1. Gently melt your cacao butter in a bowl over a pot of boiling water. Stir in cacao powder, then maple syrup and little water to loosen the mixture. Stir until just combined. Be careful not to over mix, as the oil and water can split.⁠

2. Pour onto a tray lined with baking paper, sprinkle with Eros, and refrigerate until set. ⁠
