Frankincense
By burning Frankincense as an incense, you can get its benefits. To do this, you'll need a small bowl filled with sand and a self-igniting charcoal disc in the centre, as well as a small bowl that can withstand heat. Light the charcoal and allow it to burn for a few minutes before adding a little amount of powder to the top. Charcoal should never be left unattended.
